Love it’s been a while since I posted anything about this weight loss journey I’m on at the moment.  The weight loss is starting to slow down which in not a bad thing.  I’ll lose a couple of pounds then hit a plateau for about a week and a half then maybe lose another pound.

I am walking but not enough so I believe once I really increase that and other will start to really fall off.  That along with getting in more protein which is a job and a half.  Not complaining but it is a job.  Everyday it gets easier and easier on the eating.  I can now eat what I want but of course...I STILL HAVE TO MAKE GOOD CHOICES.  When I do eat I need to get in as much protein as I can.

Still....I have no regrets for having the surgery.  I’m still doing fantastic with it.  Still no nausea...(but I do have some feel bad moments when I either eat too fast, wrong thing, or too much).  I have not thrown up once....and my six little incisions have healed up nicely.

I have now lost 32.4 lbs.  I’ve pretty much have stayed here for a couple of weeks...but it will change soon.  I just don’t stress over it.  Now that Christmas is over I’ll be able to concentrate on my exercising even more and it will begin to come off.

Here is the newest picture I had taken yesterday (Christmas Day).  Smaller size pants and shirt....heartestatic

And here is a BEFORE SURGERY PHOTO to compare...

That is a picture of ME, Jessica Herrin (CEO & Founder of Stella & Dot, and my niece Ivey at a Build it Big conference in Atlanta.  This was in September.

Love it
