Well, today is the start of my 3rd week on plan. But yesterday wes wk 2 for WI. So, I signed up 9/16 and I had a WI of 224.2 lbs. WK1 WI 219.8 & WK 2 217.6. That is a loss of 6.6 so far.

I am looking for a total loss of 64.2 lbs. And currently I have 57.6 more to go.

My goals for now are small and simple. I want to reach 209 lbs by 10/28. And I want to reach 199 by 12/2.
