Love it

My husband talked me into a very big purchase-a new range and microwave.

I should have seen it coming.  Really.

First the dishwasher broke down and we replaced it-now he said “do you really want to have a new floor and then in a year or so have the old range fall apart and have it drug across the new wood?  And if we‘re doing that-the microwave is even older, so let’s just get it done now.”

I caved.  I have a headache, I’m still in a hotel room and I just want this whole thing to be over and to go home.

Why do people always think that shaking up their lives is a good thing?

Since I can’t cook-what’s cooking at your house this week?

Love it

    • So sorry for the hassles you‘re going thru but I have to admit I’m a little jealous!
While I have new appliances (and I love them) I have an old kitchen that needs updating.
I need new cupboards, counter, paint and if if I could talk my hubz into it flooring. The floor we have is scored and stained cement. And while it has it’s advantages it’s not as nice as wood flooringworried

Paint is an easy thing but is it really?
