First off, I hate to cook.  And it’s funny because it’s something that I am really good at.  So, I’m trying to figure out what to make for dinner one night and I have nothing thawed as usual.  We had chicken the night before so I started scrounging around to figure out what to do with the leftovers and this is what I came up with.  It took about 20 mins to make and it was delicious.

1 box stuffing
1 package onion soup mix
3 chix boullion cubes
diced leftover chicken.

In a saucepan put in some butter, onion soup mix and boullion cubes and stir till the onions brown.  Add water to about 3/4 of the pan is full.  Turn this into gray.  cut up the chix and add to the gravy.  While your boiling the water for the stuffing add a handful or 2 of Craisins.  Make your stuffing per directions.

Put stuffing in bowls and top with chix gravy mix and serve with cranberry sauce.

Quick, easy and very tasty.
