I have been saying for years that I’m going to start exercising & every year is the same story.  Well, after being diagnoised with high blood pressure & my anemia is creeping back up; so it is time for a change!  I started to cook more @ home & am not going out to eat much.  I also too a big leap & joined my sister’s dance class.  It is a little advanced which was discouraging at first, but with much practice be able to catch up & keep up :).  My new business will also help me with the nutrition & with loosing weight.  Check out my website: [Link Removed]

    • well isnt that the truth it seems like changing ourselves is the hardest thing to do love your picture and what a diffrence it has made good for you!not to coordinated my self,i’m like the guy on hitch when i dance “doing the q-tip but i have fun anyway and try not to take it personel when my kids laugh-but as that turns out it worked to my advantage cause they do not want to see their ma dance in front of their friends so they tend to do their chores the first time asked,heh heh-sometimes it pays to be a bad dancerestatic
