Our plans have drastically changed. For over 10 years on New Years Eve we have been taking the kids to an early Movie, then dinner, then to Mass then to the New years Club we belong to. This year, due to several other obligations the kids have with work and the New Years clubs, we will not be doing this frown
Instead, we are buying seafood, hors d'oeuvres and some drinks and hanging out here and watching movies and playing games...
New Years Day me and the girls go to the parade to watch my hubby and sons in the parade.

What are you all doing?

Whatever it is ...Enjoy, Be safe, have fun and

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

    • Hi All-

We are hanging our with our kids and having a nice dinner. (Surf & Turf) Then I make a double chocolate cake (tradition) and we watch some movies.

New Years Day we‘re having my brother-in law, his wife, and their kids over for dinner. That’s always fun.

Happy New Year to you all and Best Wishes for a Happy, Healthy, and FUN 2009!

      Cindy

    • I know this is late, but we always try to spend New Years Eve at home - we have dinner and play board games most of the night. I always get poppers and we have a grand ole mess! The hats go on and the horns start blowing about 15 minutes til midnight. The TV is on to New York to see the ball drop and at midnight we all have a champagne toast to the new year—(our non alcoholic grape juice). We then top the night off with a movie. Most of us will end up outside as the neighborhood normally has some fireworks shooting off and we will toot our horns..hehe

A Toast to all—Cheers to a Happy New Year! Becca
