    • I have had a incredibly stressful life for two years day in, and day out (all work related).  When I began having panic, anxiety attacks and was briefly hospitalized for abdominal pain I decided to change my life.  I have started yoga, meditation, and energy healing training.  All of these flow very well together and I am beginning to see alot of improvement in my life.  There is a type of yoga for everyone!  If you like it HOT or gentle....it’s there to discover.  I would like to thank every Yoga instructor for bringing bliss and peace into the world.  We are so stressed in this day and age! We need to integrate mind, body, and spirit healthy living into what we do, or go crazy!
