No more: Sharon Osbourne has vowed to never undergo plastic surgery again after seeing recent pictures of herself and dealing with her recent health trauma

Speaking on Monday's episode of her US chat show The Talk, Sharon said: 'No more, because I have been looking at pictures of myself recently since I started to lose weight.

'And in a lot of shots, my face looks plastic and at certain angles I was like, 'Oh, dear. Oh, I should never have done that. Oh, that's a bad one.' So I'm like, 'No more. No more abuse."

Although it's not just for aesthetic reasons as Osbourne also decided to undergo the double mastectomy partially as a result of one of her breast implants bursting.

Opening up: The rock matriarch made the vow on Monday's The Talk, where she revealed she had been shocked by recent photos of herself and wants to stop the 'abuse'

The 60-year-old added: 'One of them had burst, and all of it had gone into the wall of my stomach. And one breast was different than the other.

'I wasn't diagnosed with cancer, but I had the gene and one of my breasts was in a really bad state because of the implant.'

Osbourne has even gone as far as to advise her fans to not follow suit by undergoing cosmetic surgery to alter their looks.

Vow: Sharon is adamant she wants to be around to see her grand daughter Pearl grow up and is keen to take better care of herself

She warned: 'Never have [implants] by the way.'

Sharon revealed this week that she decided to have a double mastectomy as a precaution against breast cancer – a decade after she won her fight against colon cancer.

Mrs Osbourne, 60, said she took the decision to remove both her breasts after finding she carries a faulty gene which increases the chance of breast cancer and after fighting it off once she didn't want to take any chances.

Determined to watch her baby granddaughter, Pearl, growing up, she said the risk of the illness was too great for her not to have the operation.

Recovered: It was only this week that Osbourne revealed she'd undergone the traumatic surgery

She told this week's Hello magazine: ''As soon as I found out I had the breast cancer gene, I thought: "The odds are not in my favour."

'I've had cancer before and I didn't want to live under that cloud: I decided to just take everything off, and had a double mastectomy.'

Osbourne has revealed that she underwent reconstructive surgery following her double mastectomy operation.
