I can’t honestly say that I have my health numbers memorized. I will say tho that I am more aware and I make more conscientious decisions regarding my health. I have been in a remaking of my health for the past couple of years.
There have been areas where I have been successful and areas where I am still learning and growing. I decided a few years ago (with my mom’s urging) to make me a priority. And to make my health a priority.

Areas where I feel like I am better than where I was:
Overall well being and energy
More and better sleep (I still have nights where I can’t sleep but it’s NOT every night)
I am eating healthier
I exercise regularly
Living a simpler life and not getting involved in stress related things.

Areas I am still struggling with:
Eating enough vegetables
Eating enough calories per day to maintain my energy
Watching too much TV
Memorizing those numbers that I need to live by
Being successful on converting my hubz diet and exercise

Everyday is a new day for me and I take it each day at a time. Read the link I have included because YOUR health matters!
