Nursing school here I come!

I recieved my acceptance letter last week for our nursing program. I’m excited and nervous at the same time. But I’m up for the challenge.

At work we interract with the nursing students and I have the opportunity to talk with them. The common thread is, the first semester is a killer but then it gets better from there. So, I go in knowing how rigorous it is for the first 4 months and take the whole thing one semester at a time. I’ll be in school until May 2014 and if all goes well, I’ll be able to take the RN exam at that time.

I’m finishing up my last semester of pre requisites now, microbiology, physiology and math. When this semester is over I’m going to treat myself to a really nice summer vacation that’s for sure!
