Well, I had a phone interview on Friday morning and by lunchtime, they had requested an in person interview. This job is similar to my last and the same pay but with half the living costs I had in California. We’ve prayed constantly since I found out about my upcoming job loss back in October and this appears to be our answer. So, Wed at noon is the interview and if it works out, I’ll be in Salisbury, NC. That’s only a bit over an hour to visit my family, including my aging mom, so that would be a real blessing for me. I’m also hoping to do my family genealogy and as I was born in Rock Hill, SC, that 100 mile or so area is where my ancestors were all the way back (so far) to 1767.
Wish me the luck of the Irish...
