I want to share with the Fab ladies that am now in a top size of 14/16 from a 18/20 and my bra size did not change.
So this tells me that some back fat has gone away - yippee!
BYE BYE BACK FAT!
How did I do this, Jackie upper workout with 5 lbs weights.
I had to do something while recovering and I was able to do Jackie upper workout sitting in a chair - LOL!
Let this be a testimony that weight training does work!
that is fantastic! I know how good that feels, well not the chest not getter smaller part, but the getting smaller part! Congratulations on all your hard work, it’s paying off!!!
