If you want to be making love when you are 80, make love until you are 80.

There is a myth that sex stops after 65. It is true that your body may respond more slowly as you age. But many people find themselves, because of their maturity and experience, having the best sex of their lives as the get older.

If you have some sexual difficulties, it may be helpful to know that you are not alone. Over 1/3 of men and ? of women experience some sexual dysfunction. Sexual problems can often be overcome, if you take responsibility for yourself, reach out to each other, and in some cases seek professional help.

Here are 5 suggestions for putting or keeping the passion in your bedroom:

Accept And Care For Your Body

Accepting your body as it is, makes it much more likely that you will take care of it. Do what you know you need to and should be doing to deal with any health issues. Build or maintain physical fitness; this will help you look and feel younger.

Plan To Add To Your Sexual Repertoire Over The Years

If you simply do the same things over and over again, you may find them less exciting as time goes on. Less exciting means less chance for arousal and less chance for orgasm. Shake yourselves out of your sexual rut every once in a while.

Do More Of What Works And Less Of What Doesn't

This requires paying attention to your partner during lovemaking. Notice changes in breathing, facial expressions, body movement. Tune into your partner and follow their cues.

Make Things Better Outside The Bedroom

Small daily interactions can make a huge difference. According to David Schnarch, "Kindness, patience, and consideration are some of the best sexual lubricants."

Make Love From The Best In You

Find that loving, caring person inside and make love from there. Make love to the best in your partner.
