Ingredients:

The beef - 1 pound, pepper - 8 pcs., onion - 1 pcs., carrots - 1 pc., sour cream - 1 cup, tomatoes - 2 pcs., parsley - 1 bunch, solt, chili pepper, olive oil.

Method:

Wash the peppers and cut the tip of the peppers, remove the seeds and boil the vegetables for 2-3 minutes.

Take a wide pan, add olive oil and heat on medium heat. Cut the onion and carrot into small pieces and put them in the pan for frying. Mince the beef and combine it with onion and carrot. Add salt, chili pepper and parsley and then mix all ingredients well.

Stuff the peppers with the meat and the vegetables. If forcemeat is left, you should make the meatballs. Put the peppers in a large bowl and cook for 30 minutes.

Prepare the sauce. Peel the tomatoes, cut them into small pieces, and add the olive oil, salt and chili pepper. Then add chopped the tops of peppers and a sour cream. Bring to a boil. Then pour the sauce in a bowl with peppers and cook for about 20 minutes.

Serve the peppers with the sauce in which they are cooked and with the chopped parsley.
