Butterflyrose wrote about her piggy bank some days ago, and I promised to show a picture of mine. Actually I have two - a piggy bank and a cat bank, and even if both are rather huge, I will be saving for at least a decade, before I reach my goal: A motor home!
But back to the piggy and the cat. They are both made of papier mâché around a balloon, and I had great fun making them a couple of years ago. The cat's whiskers and the pig's curly tail are made of pipe cleaners, and legs and snout are made from parts of an egg tray.
I will definitely not claim that I am a sculptor – so you are welcome to laugh... 
I remember doing paper mâché back in elementary school. It was quite fun actually. I made a pig. Not sure whatever happened to it but he was cute.
