Love it

I was driving down the street the other day when this feeling of sadness and frustration came over me.  The thoughts & feelings were so strong, I started crying as the thoughts filled my mind.  All I could do and think of was to open my mouth and call on God and ask for help.  I had faith & knew deep within that help would come, but I was totally surprised it came so quickly.

I arrived at the library, sat down at the table and within an hour of my prayer, the phone rang.  My prayer had been answered!  As I hung up the phone, I was sitting there  totally amazed when another outburst of tears came again.  I started feeling warm inside & felt as though someone was sitting next to me, squeezing & hugging me.  Immediately the tears started pouring down my face, as I started giving thanks to God for all that was brought into my experience.

It didn’t stop there, I woke up the next morning and had a voicemail on my phone, which was another answer to my prayer.  My husband went to work later that night and there the answer appeared again!estatic  Instantly, I thought to myself now what if I had kept the feeling of sadness inside & not released it?  The law of attraction, tells us that “like attracts like“.  When you‘re filled with thoughts and feelings of sadness, you‘re on a lower vibrational frequency that will attract more into your experience.

You see there was time in my life, when I was on an “ego” (edged God out) trip & would have never done such a thing.  When you hold back the feelings and don’t release the emotions, the memories of the experience are stored subconsciously which appears later as a “dis-ease” or some form of physical malfunction in the body.

So listen to your body, slow down and pay attention.  When the feeling is there, “let it go & let the tears flow!”  When it looks as if there’s no hope, keep the faith because as long as you can look up, you can get up!

Peace & blessings!

Love it
