Katie Humphrey offered great advice to The Ageless Sisters  today regarding how to live your life on purpose with several tips she suggests to love lift more. I know you'll enjoy our time together and I certainly came away from the interview feeling more positive about myself and my life. Here are here some of her suggestions and tips:

1. See yourself where you want to be and ask, "how would the new me behave, think, what would she eat and how would she exercise?"

2. Begin each day how you want to feel by doing exercises that are inspired or peaceful.  Healthy habits should be simple and fun. Eat healthily in a way that's enjoyable and make exercise simple and fun.

3. Reward your progress and celebrate often  – positively reinforce good behavior.

4. Don't force to do things you don't love  – it will set you up for self-sabotage.

5. Surround yourself with like-minded people  – other people who want and are seeking the same things as you, will help you accomplish anything! Love, support and encouragement helps.
