    • Hey ladies!
I’m not pale skin but I understand your issues. Any person no matter his/her skin color has to be very careful when tanning. I don’t need creams or go to a tanning shop a lay down into a machine, thanks to my genes, lol. I use to get sun baths at least 3 times a week. My favorites and reccommended hours are from 6 - 10 in the morning for 10 or 15 minutes.
Tonight is full moon, let’s get a moon bath!!

    • Hello,  I had skin cancer and my dermatologist had a poster that said any tan is harmful.  She recommended tanning cream.  My son tried the spray tan and it peeled off and looked terrible.   She also said the spray tan was to drying for his skin (very fair) for him to use the cream at home.  Great post!
