    • I know that spirituality is a growth process. It’s ongoing and begins with earnestly seeking answers of God.

    • I could not possibly do my job without seeking God and His wisdom. I couldn’t survive my life without His hope. Every day I am guided by His grace, wisdom and great love. I can’t do this without Him!

    • You are all right I am going thru this everday trying my hardest to go by blind faith. I have a few issues, and one of them is to trust. Its like please God let me see what you are doing for me. Its like if I don’t look closely I will miss his answers. I know that his spirit is with me every day, some days I feel it more then others. But Im in- patient.Example I bought a franchise in mid to late June of this year. I whole hardly believe that he put that person infront of me to take me to where I am now and going. I have to do the rest, But the rest its hard, Im going on blind faith. I am sowing seeds everyday for the last few months but my customers have been a few people, and mostly my family. I do not have business partners yet. Though I extend my hand out to them to help them, and have their DREAMS come true for them one day also. I do not have people that say Sara I want to shop, on your website. The business is not for me at this time I will help you so tell me where to go. I feel like Im spinning my wheels. I guess what Im getting at is that those seeds that I have been sowing some time now are not growing fast enough, some dried, some missed the soil, some fell on the crack. Well do I re-sow or do I keep spreading more on top of what I already have. I need to make sure that I  water what I have and make sure that don’t dry up and have the patience to sit and wait. So guys help me with Patience I know its a sin to unbelief somw where in the Gosple of John.
Hebrews 10:36 For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.
My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations;Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing James 1:2:4 I need to hear that every day.

    • Sara,

Hang in there...  God’s timing and ours is not the same.. There are days I wish it was. BUT, looking back He always came in at the perfect timing.Reading your last post you already know that. Your wisdom flows in your words.

I think he gave all us stories in the Bible to help us during our dark days. Look how long it took Sarah to conceive after the Lord spoke his promise. King David went through years of hard times between the time he was told he would be king and the years before he  was given the throne.

Joseph was thrown in jail, sold into slavery... his brothers turned against him. What did he do??? NOTHING.Faithful and was persecuted... Then he became the ONE that saved everyone... from starving to death. He took 2nd in command in Egypt.

I have read all of these stories many times. They helped during difficult times.

You will see God come through for you also.Keep writing and keep us up to date.

    • Darla, you are so right. Sara, God’s timing and ours is truly not the same.

My heart went out to you so much when I read your post. I have gone through one “dry spell” after another and even told my sister one day I was convinced that God was mad at me and had shunned me for some reason. Oh, the hurt went so deep! I thought I’d never feel His love again.

One day I just looked up to Heaven and told God that no matter how I was feeling I would love Him always and never allow my faith to wane. I prayed that someday He might find it in His heart to guide my path again and wrap His love around me.

Well, whatever He was waiting for, He obviously felt I had become ready sometime later because I know I feel His hand in my life again. I believe He was always there in the first place but now He’s making it more obvious to me.

      Cynthia

    • Darla, you just quoted the very scripture I used in a presentation this very morning!

Sara, Darla and Cynthia are so right on! I went through a “time in the desert” before I began the work I’m doing now. Even when we think we know what God is doing, we can’t always be sure what it’s going to look like and what His timing is. I just read this morning that Moses was 80 when he was called to lead the Israelites out of slavery. Just think of it, we may have a website for the “Glorious Golden Years” someday! ;o)

      In my prayers,
      Cindy

    • Hi guys I thought I should tell you when I went to service today the pastor was talking about the same thing I wrote about last night when I could not sleep, and was thinking about my bills, and my business, and when were those doors going to open and stay open. About sowing of the seeds about using the time that he gives us wisely The service was in Spanish Im cuban so I understand He talked about John10:10 Im not going to look up the whole thing but that God wants us to have a plentiful life but that their is a thief that comes to kill and destroy and that he came to give us life. So true its like we have Satan sitting on one shoulder and God on the other side. We keep getting pulled to the negative stuff, depression, wrong thinking,he has us forgetting our faith, by putting obsticals on our path. Like I said earlier I feel like im spinning my wheels, thats Satan doing his works. He also talked about Genesis 12:1:3 He will make us a great nation/me and will bless us/me. He will make our name great/me and I will be a blessing to others. Those that need to make additional income, those that might just want to start a home base business so they can have extra money or just stay home with the family/children. And that he will bless those who bless me, those that will extend their hand out and say tell me what to do to help you. And those that curse me/ a realative of my dad;s that I told her about my business because I want to retire my dad who is 78 and still working and if I don’t do something he will have to work until the day he dies. He will curse. She said to me sorry I cannot help you I don’t by on line. Instead of saying okey I understand that but she could have said what other ways can I do it to help. Guy’s am I wrong in my thinking I will understand what ever you say, just say it from your heart.

      Sara

God is ever faithful! Growth comes with its growing pains. For me patients is finding peace, even joy, while going through the hard “desert” times. Your reward will be all the sweeter!
