Here’s a good one:
dd and family got on an American Airlines flight to Orlando this morning. After they were in the air, there was some turbulence and the seat belt light was on-Dyl (5) couldn’t “hold it“, so sil took him to the restroom. The stewardess started yelling at him that he had to get back in his seat and “would you let your kid unbelt if you were driving?“! Then she told him she had already called security which would escort them all off the plane when they land in Dallas!!!
Then when they did-the boys were crying, my dd was crying and the stewardess, in front of the passengers exiting told security that “he called me stupid“!!!
Two other passengers who were walking by, stopped and told the officer that she was totally lying and that she and another stewardess were doing their best to incite sil!
She hurried off, but the officer said for sil to email him a statement and the he understood totally as he had kids the same age.
I told her to really complain to AA and tell them you have a lawyer if you don’t get a written apology and a total reimbursement of your tickets for all the aggravation and trauma done to your kids.
Shame on them, they need to be fined.
luckily, we have a lawyer in the family. Imagine how scared he boys were!
talk about a form of “bullying“!
call channel 7, eyewitness news, Carine!!!!! They love this kind of thing. Or, call FOX news. honestly, with the way things are so broadcast on the internet and television this should be made public.
Did they every make it to Orlando or did the airline make them fend for themselves in Dallas?
Wow! I hope your daughter does do something about it. I’m sure now her kids are probably not going to like flying anymore because of mean stewardesses.
shame on AA!
I think that if you get a proper apology, then you would not need to go to media with that. I think it is a bit extreme, to put all the company on the shoulder of one hostess. But if they do not apology
A proper apology would be like a free trip somewhere and maybe fly together with the pilots
found out that she also screamed at sil “if your kid hits his head and becomes paralyzed-it’s not AA’s fault!”
dd said they’ll address AA as soon as they get home to Phoenix. right now, they just wanted to try and put it behind them and have a good time at WDW.
and yes, they got there, but their plane was delayed for 2 hours in Dallas.
just glad they got there safely. but I told her she’s GOT to really ream them a few new ones and demand that written apology and refund.
