I am still in the running for my idea for the Justice Advocacy Project.  Please feel free to go to [Link Removed] to post your YES vote for that project.  I would love to be able to see this idea set in motion.

Additionally, I would love to have your feedback about my idea for offering free SSL (Spanish as a Second Language) and FSL (French as a Second Language) classes, like the free ESL (English as a Second Language) classes that have been offered for years to those here in the States that don’t have a good command, if at all, of the English language, making them more viable in the communities, giving them the ability to communicate better and more effectively.

The problem is that it has created an urgency for bilingual jobs.  If one looks through the postings for jobs, many (if not most) require that you be bilingual.  If you haven’t used what you learned in high school (or like me who learned Latin in high school) then you become discriminated against effectively in the job market.

Offering the SSL and FSL classes, they can level the applicant playing field with more opportunites for the job applicant to apply for and keeping the unemployment rate lower than it is at this time.

Love to hear your ideas on this idea, as described in greater detail at [Link Removed]
