Workout and Eating the right amount of calories and protein and all that stuff....is hard but I knew this already, Why?  

Because I’ve done it thousands times since I was 22 years old.  IS THERE A BOTTOM.  When will I learn to maintain my weight, when will it become a lifestyle, when will I enjoy exercise like all the exercise nuts claim I will????

I workout 40 minutes at lunch, there a new Gym at my job now, and then another 30 minutes when I get home.  After that I’m just pooped, to pooped to get on the computer.

My job has been crazy busy at work and I have not been able to get online much.

I miss you ladies and just wanted to say WHAT uPPPPPPPPPPPP!
The good news is that I’ve lost 5lbs and since I gained 5 before I committed myself, I still have 30lbs to go!
