Why on earth can I not find jeans that do not stretch?  They jean do nothing but encourage me to eat more.  Not only that, they‘re always slipping down. I fell like I have a baggy butt all day.

I long for a pair of jeans that fit and are not stretch! Granted I’m not shopping at high end shops, just your basic mall stores...but come on.

    • I like the idea of getting a pair of jeans one size smaller than I normally wear. That alone makes me want to buy them no matter the cost.

I’m definitely stuck in the 70’s. I’ve been wearing boys Levi 501’s since high school.

    • Love that first pair. I’ll look for them locally since I like to try before I buy.

    • Those jeans are cute! I have to be realistic, though, my stomach has just grown in the last couple of years.

kmchenry, the thing I like about the boys Levi’s are they go around the poochy part of my tummy.

But, lately, I’ve been getting muffin top! I just can’t win. I need denim that starts at the floor and goes up to the neck.

I have had four kids and still have a flat tummy. Yes but wait until I turn around, got junk in trunk. I work out and it is still right in the trunk. Hard to find jeans to fit. I have a 21 inch waist with junk in the trunk. Help

    • How about Lucky Brand Jeans.  My friend has a small waist and bigger butt/hips and she LOVES these jeans.  I have never tried them, but they are nice.  There are Lucky stores- you could check online, or Macy’s I think may carry them.  I was at Costco last week and I picked up a pair of Lucky Brand Jeans for my husband.  Much less than they were at Macy’s.  Worth a try...

    • Chocolatier- you crack me up... “muffin top“!!! I can go on and on about that subject. When are these low-rise jeans going to retire? Not even the young girls look good in them unless they have rock hard bodies. It’s time to boycott them!

    • **I don't know how accurate this information is but I heard that they have resized jeans...Because there is a growing problem with peoples weight. So they changed things up..Now most all jeans have a small amount of Spandex in them..Reason: Women tend to put on a pound or two when they have their period, and they are a great help when you have had just a bit more to eat than you should have.As for the sizing.. The old 5/6 is now a 4 with a bit of stretch..The old 7 is now 5/6 and so on...Like I said I am not sure how accurate the information is. This is where I buy a lot of my clothes..I have been buying from them for 6yrs...They have awesome stuff.. www.newport-news.com Good Luck
