Hello all you fabulous women!  It’s here!  Its Monday again and here are a few simple tips to help you get through with your mind intact!

1. Think gentle.  Its so hard to leave the weekend behind.  But Mondays should be about being gentle with yourself. Think, EASE yourself into the day.

2. Stretch.   Take 5 minutes and stretch it out.  Give yourself a few minutes and gently stretch those muscles.

3. Find something fabulous to wear.   Outfit, jewelry, whatever, just something to give yourself that extra umph when you look in the mirror.

4. Hydrate.  Drink lots of water.  Your body and mind will feel better.

5. Take a walk.   Break away at least once today and take a walk, preferably outside.  No need to talk about work, kids, etc.  Just walk, look and get centered.  Works like a charm.

6. Looking Ahead.  Pick something special to do every Monday.  Maybe a movie to rent, going out to dinner, a walk on a nature trail, just something you would look forward to.  Watch how much better your day goes when you have something good to look forward to.

7. Perspective.   Remember, no matter how annoying Mondays are, a quick look at the newspaper will tell you that it could always be worse.  Remind yourself of the good in your life.
