    • That was a really interesting article. Thx for sharing it. I have really been trying to cut back on sweets since I can easily be a sugar junkie. I have never been a diet pop/food eater so I never got used to the artificial stuff.

    • You are way ahead of a lot of people Vikki! I remember being addicted to diet pop myself at one time. Luckily, I quit that habit. Unfortunately, it was way after I already had many health issues. I’m just blessed to not have anymore! The sweets and carbs were much easier to kick once I started cleansing. estatic
