As a professional in the health and fitness and sporting world, I set goals for myself surrounding my personal fitness.  It is now March 1st and how are these goals going?

This year one of the goals is to run 500Km... i have completed 100km.
I am seeking to drop 30# of fat mass... and resume cycling.

The fat mass loss... slow.
Cycling... indoors is great!  (winter has been tough!)

I like the summer portion of the year.

So, I am pursuing the best possible body I can have.... eating well and running and jumping and swimming and cycling!
