I have always loved being part of a team.  It's true that Together Everyone Achieves More.   It is important to recognize the strengths and abilities of each individual on a team so that each person works from a position of strength for the benefit of the entire unit.   The term "team", although it may have originated in sports, represents a concept that has been utilized since the the dawn of civilization.

Where would any of us be in isolation?  We can all achieve much more together than we can alone.  In high school, I played tennis, basketball, and softball.  Some of my fondest memories have more to do with the camaraderie than my own individual accomplishments. A basketball team cannot be successful without passes, assists, rebounds,  a great coaching staff, and supportive fans, in addition to the pure shooting superstar.

The business world also benefits from teamwork.   Achieving success in the network marketing arena requires working with colleagues,  the sharing of knowledge and information, coaching, and mentoring, while forming a cohesive work group.

Joining my team offers the chance to develop lifelong friendships while opening a world of opportunity and personal growth".  What could be better than that?

    • I agree that much more can be accomplished as a team. However there has to be a clear vision and purpose too along with a leader.

    • I love teamwork, too. Your site is beautiful, by the way.

I work at home, and would miss some of that teamwork if it weren’t for my networking sites. They‘re not the same as face to face, but they do help!
