Thanks FAB ladies, I am back

Hi fab ladies, I am back.  I want to thank all you wonderful ladies for all the encouraging words and prayers upon learning of the sudden death of my mom.  I did not mention before but just said she died suddenly but found out she had a heart attack.  Just reading your thoughtful comments plays a role in my healing.  I have been back to the US for about three weeks but just did not have the energy to type anything.  I will come online and I read blogs and questions and that helped me through but only now having the energy to actually type.

I am the last of three siblings and the only girl and so my mom and I was very very close.  She was a woman of principle, strong yet with a heart of gold.  She helped to raise so many young ladies in our community and in the church.  She made me believe in myself at an early age and let me know I could have been anything I wanted to be by putting my mind to it.

Once again THAN YOU FAB LADIES.  Just a small reminder, if you are not getting along with your mom for whatever reason make a tiny step to do so, when u loose your mom it is very hard.  I had no unfinished business with my mom and that is a big help towards my healing of her loss.  

Go give your mom a visit, flowers, a hug, lunch, brunch, dinner, movies, whatever you choose make that step NOW.
