- I did have a 10 lb 13 1/2 oz big old baby boy over 24 years ago...oh and he was 22 inches long...and yes..I did have a C-section. I’ve given birth to two boys and have never been in labor...THANK GOD.
  
  19.2 pounds?? My two year great niece weighs all but 22 pounds soaking wet.
