Let me begin by apologizing to Cynthia. I planned to post this blog immediately upon my return from Florida and i've been trying the last 2 days to upload the pictures of Mimi but, for some reason they won't...i think it's because the two i took without a memory card (internal memory on my camera) loaded as a bmp instead of jpg. ANYWAY...i managed to get one to upload and when i get the other to load, i'll post it, too. Here is the blog i wrote yesterday:

Over the past several months, i have been drooling over the pictures of the chocolates that our very own Chocolatier  (Cynthia) lovingly makes.  I have read several testimonial posts/blogs from member of Fab40 who have treated themselves to some of Cynthia's chocolates and knew that, at some point, i would be ordering some, too.  Well, the time came a couple of weeks ago.  In preparation of my trip to Florida, i decided that my grandmother needed to have some of those chocolates...knowing all the while that she would share with me!

At my request, Cynthia wrote a note to Mimi and enclosed it with the chocolates.  Cynthia also packed it all up and arranged for the chocolates to arrive on the first or second day i was in Florida.  On the first day i was there, i was admittedly disappointed that Mimi’s chocolates did not come.  On the second day, Cynthia contacted me via e-mail to tell me that the postal service would not deliver the chocolates as addressed...it appeared that the chocolates were on their way BACK to Hawaii!!!  As is Cynthia’s nature, she immediately put another package of chocolates into the mail and, naturally...the postal service delivered the chocolates the very next day.  So, now Mimi has another box on it’s way!

When i arrived at Mimi’s house on Saturday, she was still glowing and grinning from receiving the very special package from Hawaii!  Mimi showed me the gorgeous chocolates and we immediately cut one in half and “toasted” to the wonderful talents of my Fab40 friend, Cynthia aka Chocolatier.

If you haven't treated yourself (or someone you care about) to some of these chocolates, i suggest that you immediately click on Chocolatier's profile and order some. I can promise you, you will not be disappointed.
