I just have to say (while I sit and wait ever so patiently for the “biggies” to get announced) that this is a year I find difficult to poke fun at the red carpet fashions.
Quite frankly, they were (mostly) stunning.
Like: Amy Adams, her porcelain skin a brilliant backdrop for her dramatic black gown.
And: Christina Applegate, who does a justice to yellow that I’ve never quite seen a blonde pull off so well!
And of course the most beautiful red carpet couple EVER. They could wear sacks and make ‘em look good!
Cameron Diaz is prettier than I’ve ever seen her in pink!
I just love Drew, and her powder blue dress is gorgeous, but I’m a little confused by the bedhead. Ah well, still stunning!
And Beyonce?? Watch out! That is one smoooookin’ woman.
Although I love Renee’s hair and the skirt to her dress, I’m not sure what I’m seeing on the top of the dress. At least she wore I bra, I guess!
No big surprise in Jennifer Lopez this year. And I'm convinced that as she walked on stage and the cameras cut to Brad Pitt, he said something along the lines of "...she never wears much." Haha!!
Kate Winslet and Leo DiCaprio are one of my favorite on-screen couples, and I can’t wait to see “Revolutionary Road“. They looked great tonight, too!
Is it just me or is Debra Messing the Lucille Ball of the new millenium? I just love her crazy red hair and contagious smile. She looked fabulous!
Eva Longoria Parker was barely ten minutes on the red carpet when she admitted she was tired of holding her breath, lol. This dress is breathtaking on her!
Finally is the gorgeous and boobalicious Ms. Selma Hayek. Vavavavoom!!

What ever happened to the mother and daughter team? I’m glad Joan Rivers wasn’t covering the event, she has been annoying me for many years now...but I don’t know what happened do you?

Yana, I thought Downey looked wasted too, and it makes me so sad if he is imbibing again because he’s got very few chances left in Hollywood. And his work has been brilliant while he’s been sober.
I also thought that Mickey Rourke looked a bit bombed, but how could we even tell with him anymore? He nearly lost his shoe on his way to the stage, which I think revealed he wasn't wearing any socks. And he just looks like he'd sweat easily, so ewwww... Otherwise I thought most of the guys were hawt and they kept it simple, which is the way to go.
Megan Fox looked AMAZING!!
Actually, Angelina’s dress was gold (or silver) & she looked markedly healthier, thank GOD!!
Jennifer Lopez looked trampy and desperate, so I wasn’t feelin’ her at ALL.
Did you see Melissa George’s dress? GORGE!!
Poor Drew. She was a HOT mess-and-a-half!!
Penelope Cruz disappointed me. She ALWAYS comes to KILL.
Her amiga, Salma, was absolutely WOMANLY & I loved it!
