Everybody wants healthy foods that can melt away belly flab. The foods listed below which include some amazing veggies can be combined to create some  pretty tasty entrees that actually assist your body in burning more fat around your stomach area and the rest of your body.

Carrots contain carotene which turn into Vitamin A and vitamin A that helps initiate the fat burning response in your body.
It is also high in fiber.

Beets are a powerful diuretic that have the ability to rid your body of hanging body fats while also purifying blood corpuscles
that can control fat sediments.

Chili Peppers  contain a capsaicin nutrient that causes a thermal burn. Research has shown that capsaicin can melt away fat cells while also causing you to burn more calories.

Cabbage  - The sulfur and iodine content of cabbage can assist in melting down fat in your stomach and waistline areas.
