Are you ready to change your fitness level? What have you been doing activity wise? It’s not too late-it’s never too late to get motivated and get fit. It’s never too late to change your life and your thoughts... so are you ready?

Get Started...if you haven’t already

As I chat with many of you and ask fitness questions on our question page most of you are doing great with your fitness and staying motivated. HOORAY!!!!!! This is for those of you who are not or for some who just need some extra tips. How will you make your mind/body/spirit better beginning today? There are very easy ways to start... ready... jot this down or print it out...LOL.  

They are simple things we already know but sometimes just need to be reminded.

Go take a walk

Use the stairs instead of the elevator

Park your car in the last spot instead of the first

Ride your bicycle and if you don’t have one, do what I did – get one!!!!

Play with the kids more: run with them, walk with them, play jump rope...whatever

Walk your dog ... but only a little longer today than usual

Take up a new sport or hobby that involves movement

Begin listening to self-help/personal-development CD’s

Read a personal development book

If you can....meditate, If you can’t - ease into it

Learn to be in the quiet and in the now

Set measurable, specific goals - take action

These are just some quickie, off the top of my head ideas. Before starting any kind of exercise program be sure to consult a physician. Have fun, get reading, listening and get moving!!!!! happy
