I find myself in the dumps more times then I am happy. How do I get out of this slump . I even apologized to the hubby for being moody ..but its come to the point of my health where its just fustrating and I am at my wits end. How can I get out of this slump most importantly get rid of my health problems or don’t let it bother me so much. Four years is a long time to go with out a idea of what I have health wise. I know its not cancer or anything serious like that but it sure is playing havic with my mental state..If I go into deeper sadness I might have to go on medication and I don’t want that...I just came off meds that weren’t taking away the pain ...I started to feel good mood wise but now I am down in the dumps again. Some days I just want to scream or just walk out the door and not come back..ugh oh well hopefully I come out of this slump. It would be nice ..better yet if they find out whats going on thats even better...any suggestions on getting a better night sleep.

I wonder if there’s a woman’s support group in your town? I can’t get to sleep if I’ve got too much unfinished business on my mind. Can you make a day-to-day plan where you make sure to eat right, exercise, accomplish something of value to you? I think it would help if you had someone to talk things out with too. Good luck. I hope you feel better soon.
I live in a small town there isn’t a support group. I do have someone I can confide in but I don’t want to dump it on him. He said he doesn’t mind and dump it on him . I am feeling better now I find music lifts my spirits . I guess I just have really bad days emotionally and yesterday was one of them. I appreciate your thoughts but I will survive and muddle through.
