Attitude is everything!!!  If we just get the simple concept that our mind controls our body then we’d all be better off..at least I think so and this includes me, of course.  

I’ve been studying the mind/body connection for many years yet I sometimes forget or ignore all I read, heard, etc.... Human.. sorry. happy

How about if you tell yourself today is going to be a great day or even a good day...no matter how you are feeling...no matter what happened last night...even if you‘re running late today or your little one spilled milk all over your work clothes...or you spilled coffee on yourself right before walking out the door...even if you don’t like your job...Whatever is going on in your life today...take a minute to think about what you are grateful for.  It might help, it might not.  Isn’t it worth giving it a shot though?

I normally do this at night before going to sleep whether in my head or on paper but I am going to think of 5 things I am grateful for right now and write them down or type them and print them our and and carry the list around with me so if I start feeling anything other than grateful, I read it.  estatic
