Now, I know what you‘re thinking, I’m going to complain about the size of my bum, and the pains I’m going through to reduce it. Well, not that any of that’s not true, but this is actually about my trunk, the one in my car!
I leaving in the morning for a 2 day conference and although I’ll be attending with a large group, I’ll be driving myself. As I unloaded a few groceries tonight, I surveyed all that remained, and wondered what my co-conferencers would think of the odd collection of items I am hauling around! What would these things say about me?
Well, I believe first, it would say I’m generous. You see, there are several bags of books to donate, and a few clothing items as well.
Secondly, it would say that I’m honest. Our youngest son left a fan when he moved out, and even though I could use it, it’s not mine and I continue to intend to return it to him.
Thirdly, it says that I’m trustworthy. A friend gave me an outfit she wanted me to try. She asked me to return it to her if it didn’t work for me. Well, it didn’t and it’s in my trunk so I can return it, just as she asked.
Lastly, I think it says that I’m somewhat forgetful, and perhaps a little lazy. I tend to have an “Out of sight, out of mind” mentality.
What does your trunk say about you? Mine, well, it’s says I’m full of good intentions, and you know what they say about that! ;)

My trunk would say that I am green. I have several of the reusable canvas shopping bags in there ready to go when I need them. I have an umbrella in there, and that’s it. I guess my trunk would tell you I am earth friendly and tidy! LOL

I don’t drive, so I don’t have a trunk
But If I did, It would probably have alot of shopping bags that are hidden from hubby till he went to sleep and I can sneak In..lol and like Term, Reusable canvas bags also. now they are In my laundry room.

For every 100 extra pounds carried around, your vehicle loses 1 to 2% in fuel efficiency. Don't drive around with too much junk in the trunk.
Cost Savings: 3 cents per gallon (assuming 100 pounds of weight removed).

haha! Pouty! I’ve read that too, but remember “out of sight, out of mind“!!! It’s a wonder my husband has not pressed the issue, he’s very conscious of saving on fuel! But I will take it in to consideration, and hopefully act on it soon.

I have an empty box that I’m sure I’ll use one day to deliver a large order of table favors and an extra shrink wrap machine. Why I have two, I have no idea.

Coach, you missed one thing your trunk is telling you. Sounds to me like you need to spend some time de-stressing by visiting with the people you care about (and return those items while you‘re at it). You called it “lazy” - more than likely, it’s a sign of being too busy.
I think my trunk has jumper cables, an ice scraper and a squeegee. I think it’s telling me that I’m boring!
I guess mine would say that I use to be a sea scout I have canvass bags for shopping, an organizer for emergancey items, and umbrella, blanket, paper towels, first aid items, etc... I try to be prepared
I have a van and the back seat is taken out and the back is filled with tools and reusable bags. What does that say about me? That I expect my van to break down any minute? LOL
hmm I have a van too - no trunk... but lots of junk left there by my brood. It tells me I am disorganized and not consistent about getting my children to clean up after themselves (and I fail in that area myself too.) I am not liking this exercise. LOL May I be excused please?
