It’s so hard to resist the goodies in the staff room. My hips say “no“, but my mouth says “yes“. On those extra calories days I need to exercise, but laziness wins.

LOL.. Linda.. what I do .. even though it’s not the healthiest thing to do is... when I do eat those sugary, bad bad lol treats.. I count them as my calories and substitute. This is not a healthy but it is a way to count calories and keep the weight off. You are still taking in fat and it’s not good but we are human and deprivation is not good or we feel like we are on a diet.. just exercise and/or eat more lower calories healthy foods that day but keep it as healthy as possible. Thanks for your comment... My hips and thighs are always ready to shout out yes to a yummy treat... bad hips and thighs... LOL
