I am into fitness, and do aerobic types of exercise a few times a week. Turbo Jam, Tae Bo, cycling, walking are my favourites. One thing I am not, is a runner. In fact running seems boring and hard on the joints (knees and hips). Alas, I have signed up to run5K,for charity. I have already collected a lot of money for donations, and in 2 months I will be running that 5K.

Sure 5K, may not seem that much to an experienced runner, but I am not sure where to start. And I don’t want to cause myself any injuries while training.
