I have kept a gratitude journal for about 3 years or so. Occasionally I go back and look at it to see what I have written. There were times that my daily entry was very thin and then there were times that I took up a lot of space. In the beginning I was not as grateful as I seem to be now.
This morning I was reading about doing a journal on “who I am” (on Oprah of course!)and I realize that while I appreciate things more by writing what I’m grateful for it doesn’t really speak about Who I am. So I think while I put my body thru a transformation during our Summer Challenge I also need to put my mind thru a transformation.

“I believe that when you stop renewing and are no longer open to change and the possibilities that continually unfold, you stop being alive and are just getting through the years. Transformation doesn’t happen unless you‘re willing: It’s your choice.”

    • I so agree with you! I have been feeling like I need to change my job and am ready to change my job, but I am not sure where it will take me. In my life, I have experienced that when I resist change the most, circumsances are placed in my life to force me to change. Instead of waiting for a foced change, I have decided to take more positive steps in deciding what I really want in life and become the person I am meant and want to be.

I am sure that when summer hits we all will have changed from the inside out!

      Cheers to change!

    • THat sounds great. I also feel that when things are happening not in your favor that life is trying to tell you something. Be open to change. You never know when making that change will be what you are most looking for in your life.

Things are changing in my life. i can feel something is in the works.I am just holding steady and trusting in the lord that all things will work out in the time they are sopose to.

Life is good. Embrace change and go into it with a positive outlook.
