I am worried about b/f with a slipped disc in his back. Trying to heal him, slowly but surely. Yesterday was first trip to the hospital.
Yesterday...
Spent the morning at the hospital to relieve George’s pain in the back that he’s suffering with for a few weeks. This last round had him hobbling around really bad. 2 shots at the hospital and he’s feeling a bit better. They discussed that back surgery might be a possibility down the road, but preference is to prolong surgery as long as possible. Referral to see his primary care and a specialist within the next week or so. Until then no heavy lifting
In the meantime, he’s very talkative and a bit loopy! lol...
Better than the moaning, groaning and grimacing that he’s been doing all weekend long. :)
Poor thing though. It’s not easy indeed.
Your prayers would be appreciated. It doesn’t look like it is going to be a simple task, with surgery eminent along the horizon.
Back pain is horrible to deal with. I hope all goes well when he sees the doctors.
