Don’t have time to go to the gym try your own home made weights for a slimmer thigh. Yes, its true. What I found that has truly helped me keep my thighs firm and toned thereby slim. Try this:

1-Get an empty 2 liter bottle. Make sure it is capped tight.
2-Place it between your thighs and squeeze tightly for 3 seconds (more if you choose) then let go and repeat.
3- Thats right release and repeat as much as you like.( I do this 3 sets of 15, so I do at least 45-50 squeezes per day) if you are unable to do this then lower you reps and then build up.  

I do this in the morning and the evening each day. Great results are yours ladies!
