    • it’s been dusting on and off since last night, but driving is no problem ‘cause it’s not really sticking.  yes i agree teeky, everyone please keep in mind that there are inexperienced drivers out there that we have to keep our eyes out for.

    • MC I suspect mine is same or close to your weather. I’m still adjusting to schools closing because the temps dipped below 30.

    • Schools are closed anyway for MLK day.  But tomorrow will be a different story.  I bet the grocery stores are packed right now.

    • In MI it has to do alot more than get to 30 for the schools to close. It kinda scares me that people here don’t know how to drive when it is flurries out. I took drivers training during the winter so I learned to drive in that crap. It’s not fun! But I’m not usually the one who is a danger on the roads. It’s the crazies that drive fearlessly.

    • It has been snowing all day here in MD, too!!

It took me about an hour to shovel the driveway and sidewalk around my house and it is covered again..
This is the first time we have had any accumulation this winter, so the kids are enjoying it and hoping for “no school” tomorrow!

    • It’s been years since we saw accumulation of snow.  When it gets like that...it does shut down the roads.  I think the whole state of SC has maybe one or two snowplows....and I’m guessing at that!!  So when it happens it really does shut us down.  And we definitely do not know how to drive in it.

      I won’t mind a day or so...but after that....I’ve had enough.
