Welcome to my page.   I hope that through these articles I serve you and help you remember just how FABULOUS you truly are.

Please feel free to email me and that you always know that through our new connection, you have a friend. Even though we may not have physically spent time together-I promise to be that “someone” is out there cheering you on.

Yes,  I have nearly  2 decades of experience as a coach and trainer in the world of personal development yet I want you to know, I am just like you.  I have the same challenges that most women have out there.  My promise to you is that I am extremely passionate about being a woman and am here to give you any support you need.
Years ago, I heard from a friend of mine a great metaphor.
It goes like this “you can’t clean up the community until you clean up your own back yard“.

I love that quote because it really sums up what we as women need to do-which is to focus on making sure that we have a solid foundation for ourselves first -and be a great example for our families and our communities. So you are asking “How do I do that?”
Live is busy and pulls us in lots of different  directions AND we need to really make an extra effort to establish some rituals for ourselves that become almost second nature for us like brushing our teeth.

Start with baby steps:  Maybe it is just taking 15 minutes a day and focus on everything in your life that you are grateful for.  Maybe it is committing to taking a bath -and do it up right: music, a glass of sparkling cider and bubbles and all!  Maybe it is creating a CD with your favorite music and while getting ready each day you turn on your CD player and dance like you were 10.   Why do I suggest these things?  Because I do all of them myself and they really help me get centered and grounded.  Now is the time to Celebrate the Amazing Woman You ARE!

Maybe you will do what my friend Mary Manin Morrissey say  “Start living now.  Stop saving the good china for that special occasion, Stop withholding your love until that special person materializes.  Every day you are alive is a special occasion.  Every minute, every breath, is a gift from God.”

Cherish Each Moment!
