My #1 Priority for 2009 is Me-Getting-Healthy!

Of course, I have a ton more “resolutions“, but I’ve decided this year to keep my list short and sweet so that I don’t have to look back and see how many promises I didn’t keep:

Yup, I’m finally going to learn how to Meditate (heck, I’ll bet I have 10 books and 10 tapes on the subject!)

I’m also going to stop all gossip and caddy, negative talk

I’ve decided that I’m going to purposefully (is that a word?) participate in at least one act of kindness or generosity every day

I want to read more (I’m sure I have 200 books that are unread)

I’m going to dump some “friends” that don’t enhance me and whom I don’t enhance either (I think this is healthy and I’m sure I’ll find a positive way to do it)

I promise to journal every evening before I go to sleep

I will floss twice a day

and, I will stop drinking white wine and switch to red
