What do you think about this, I have a very close aunt and uncle and he is pretty sick. Well about a week ago he donated 33 acers of land, their house, barns, ect everything on that land. So they set it up that when they pass they are to make a nature park. It will consist of a childrens park area , walking and bike trails, a fish pond to go fishing, and at his request they can NEVER charge to get into this park. He wants families to enjoy something for free! They never had any children. I think it was a very generous thing to do. To be able to leave a legacy behind for them since no children. But lol what do you think the rest of the family is saying?? He said he doesn’t want any of his family to fight when he’s gone. He also took very good care of our church and the organization for the disease he has.
Ya he is! Its worth some crazy amount I can’t even wrap my brain around.
And I’m sure some family members would rather he parcel it off to them so that they can get what they feel is rightfully theres.
He’s smart as a whip to do it this way, plus he knows that it will be around for all to enjoy. What an awesome gift to the community. Are they going to name the park for him? They should.
Now that’s serving your fellow man! God Bless Him for leaving something that will be useful for generations to come.
The family should, by all means, respect his generous wishes. Sounds like he is doing the right and smart thing.
How lucky you are to have him has family. Cool guy!
Yes They are having a huge sign with their name on it. He said then it will be there forever! And oh yea the family went nuts lol. I always joked and said they were gonna line their caskets with it ha ha. And what a gift, our church is in need of alot of repairs. They can get it all fixed now!
All I say is they man came he with nothing and I do mean nothing. Never went to school from 6th grade. He had to work for the family.I tell them he worked for it he can do what he wants with it!
Having seen several family battles over estates, this is so refreshing!
That's awesome! We've already started telling our kids there won't be any inheritance, if there's anything left it'll go to a good cause!

Hooray for his generous philanthropy action. His family needs to be educated on Estate Planning or else, they have to end up to pay a bunch of potential taxes. This is a great way that it benefits both of the world and their family.
A great thing indeed! He will be greatly rewarded for his thoughtfulness.

A wonderful man to leave such a blessing behind for the world to enjoy.
What a wonderful gift. It has been said that money is the root of all evil and apparently he was thinking ahead of time. What a wonderful soul.
