As far back as I can remember I’ve always been active, from playing sports to just being a girl scout. Now years later what I do can be called, “staying young” being fit or health conscious. Whatever the case may be the outcome is the same. I hope to live a long healthy satisfying life.
After raising my own children and setting them “off” with the tools of the trade I needed to get back in the swing of things. The business I’m in, the coffee I drink just fits right in with all that is my life today. You see, I go to college in pursuit of an Associates Degree in Kinesiology (fitness), I work at the health department and the coffee is organic. My everything is like a puzzle that comes together at the end of everyday and in the morning the pieces are spread out on the Lord’s table and I get to do it all over again. My hope is to infect others with a health consciousness.

My past is a journey that has led me to be who I am today. And like you, I lay my puzzle out each day and let my saviour Jesus Christ put them all together for me.
