I can’t believe that it’s been so long since I’ve actually sat and blogged here. I think it’s because I’ve spent so much time writing in other places that by the time I get ready to blog for personal/recreational use, I’m spent.

There have been a few changes in my life.  I’ve started writing for the EXAMINER.COM as a civil rights examiner for Oklahoma City. I’ve got a real business card now! And I’m not sure if it’s good or not, but I’m starting to become known around the political circles.  

Life is going well. I still miss my grand, still haven’t spoken to my daughter, but each day gets a little easier than the day before.
I’ve lost 18 pounds, more than likely from stress. But now I’m in a 6-8 most of the time. I can still wear a four. Still a nonsmoker so I think I’m doing good.
