Do you ever have those days when you wake up feeling FAT? Well that's how I feel today! And it doesn't feel good at all. How can I eat less but weigh more? Where is the logic in that? Exercise is supposed to be helping but how much exercise must I do in order to see even "small" results? No one is going to convince me that a little 30-minute stroll in the neighborhood is going to attack my fat. So I'm going to have to fight fire with fire---pound by pound--inch by inch. Anybody wanna join me?
