Hi Ladies,  

I’m sure we can all agree that in business, one of the critical parts of success is understanding what our customers want and delivering our product in a way that our customers expect, based on standards set by the company and marketplace.... basic supply and demand?... perhaps, but not exactly.
Consumers today are in control, they control demand, supply, trends and much more. The beauty about it is, we are all customers/or consumers, we all have our own needs, wants and expectations. We all share that control in some form or another.  

Some of us wear both hats.. meaning we are consumers and suppliers.
Today, things are certainly more “cut-throat” as a supplier our competitors are around every corner and the phrase ” you have to be ahead of the game” is no joke.

With consumers having so much control, it is only logical that we ask ” what are you looking for or want? because we have realized that assuming the answer to this question is detrimental to success.

This leads me to the purpose of my post, we have sent out a survey to our customers [Link Removed] because we need  help to figure out how we can better service our customers needs. Our customers are in fact a lot like you ladies here, so I'd love to get your feedback and or suggestions. And hey there is a great 6 night vacation  you could win. estatic
