LADIES!!! no matter how much you worked out that day, week month or even year, it is never good nor beneficial to eat anything after dinner and especially right before bedtime. the body uses sleep to rest and relax, no calories are being burned while sleepign so eating before bedtime and late night after dinner will not be utilized or burned off and will be stored ass fat!!! if we are tryin to slim down and shed some poundage, DO NOT EAT LATE NIGHT AND RIGHT BEFORE BEDTIME!!!
